Details
This Quaife ATB (auto torque biasing) diff is designed to maximise traction using a unique gear system. This is instead of a clutch and plate ramps diff which has a tendency to lock up quite harshly. This gear system set-up automatically biases the torque away from the spinning wheel and across the drive shafts in a much more controlled way, meaning no snatchy steering or unwanted torque steer.
The diff is a direct replacement for the original item but the crownwheel has to be removed from the original unit and machined to fit the Quaife. This diff can fitted in our workshop if required and is certainly a must if you are serious about getting the best possible performance from your car whether it is being used on the road or track.
