GASFLOWED CYLINDER HEADS
We are now working on a big valve head for the 1.8 16v engines as fitted to the Clio 1 and R19. The head features 33mm inlet valves with larger valve seats, multi angled valves and seats, fully flowed and polished inlet and exhaust ports, chemical wash to give an "as new" appearance and a skim if required. The heads are currently being tested and developed on a flow bench to ensure maximum gains are achieved from the work we carry out. These heads will be the best available due to the amount of development work the are undergoing. Similar head work is also available for the 2.0 16v engine as fitted to the Clio Williams and Megane. We are also now working on our 172 head which will also be developed on the flow bench before being fitted to our demo car along with our new cams (more details and power figures coming soon). As well as all the above conversions we can also gasflow and re-work the heads fitted to all Renault models to increase power and torque. Please call for further details.

KTR ALLOY ENGINE PULLEYS

KTR THROTTLE BODY KIT
Work has moved on with the throttle body kit and the complete kit is now due to be launched in early May. These throttle bodies are of the latest state of the art design which have been engineered to work better than any others available, while at the same time being compact, resulting in a very neat installation. The kit has been designed as a plug and play kit, meaning you will receive all the parts needed to easily install and run the throttle body kit. This will include the throttle bodies, ecu, injectors, cable operated pedal assembly, fitting brackets, dedicated 172/182 wiring harness, sensors, ecu software and instructions. Early tests have shown a 30+bhp gain with this kit fitted to a standard engine and more can be expected with the addition of cams, high compression pistons etc. We will be able to fit the kit within 1 day in our workshop so you could drop a standard car off to us in the morning and pick up a much faster, superb sounding, car from us in the afternoon fitted with the best throttle body kit available. More in depth information will be available very soon but in the meantime this will give you an idea of what to expect. It will be available to fit all 172 and 182 models including cars with air conditioning.

KTR UPRATED ALLOY INTERCOOLER
We are currently tesing our new uprated.larger intercooler for the Renault Sport Megane 175 DCi model. We have designed to the unit to be larger and more efficiaent than the standard intercooler as the turbo runs at a huge 26.5 psi as standard. This results in the air exiting the turbo being very hot and a well designed intercooler is then needed to reduce this temperature to produce good power. Once testing is complete this intercooler should be available from January 2008.
